Matt McDonough has more than 25 years of professional experience in the cheerleading industry and has had very broad and unique leadership training experience.
Volleyball – Eric Praetorius
Eric Praetorius has been a successful volleyball coach and program director at all three competitive levels in Florida for more than a decade. He started by transforming Tampa Elite Volleyball from a brand new club program in 2011 to a national power by the time he left in 2018, where he won both an AAU National Championship (U17, 2014) and a USA Volleyball Junior Olympic Championship (2017). He was named the USA Volleyball Florida Region Outstanding Junior Coach in 2012, the American Volleyball Coaches Assn. Coach of the Year in 2013 and the USA Volleyball Florida Region Director of the Year in 2015.
Basketball – Ronnie Outen
Ronnie Outen was a two-time Junior College All-American who transferred to and played for Division I-A West Virginia University in Morgantown.
After graduating from WVU, he started his professional basketball career in Malta in 1993, where he led theleague in scoring. The next year, he signed a two-year contract to play in Montepastore, Italy, and in 1996, played for the Newcastle Lions in England, and followed that by playing for the Yakima Sunkings in the ContinentalBasketball Assn. (CBA) before being released and finishing out the 1997 season with Champville in the country of Lebanon.
Soccer – Stuart Campbell
Stuart Pearson Campbell is an English-born Scottish former professional footballer and former head coach of the Tampa Bay Rowdies. Stuart assumed that role after the midseason firing of Thomas Rongen in August 2015. At international level, he won 14 caps for the Scotland under-21 team.
