Tumbling Boot Camp (space is limited)
Athletes will get a strong jumpstart to their tumbling training. Drills, body positions, and station training will be the core of this camp session. This is perfect for those athletes looking for a detailed introduction to their future tumbling classes or those athletes that need to perfect existing skills. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
When is bootcamp?
February 21 – Beginner – 8-10am, Advanced 12-2pm
How much does it cost?
Beginner – $45 Advanced – $50
All Star Cheer for ages 7-12
RADD Junior Cheer is a great introduction to All Star Cheerleading. These teams are specifically designed for athletes just starting cheer. Athletes will learn stunts, tumbling, dance, as well as some sideline cheer and basics of strength and conditioning.
When is the season?
August – May
How much does it cost?
$250 per month. Uniforms and and competition fees are additional charges. Uniform is approximately $200.
When is practice?
Monday and Wednesday, 6pm-8pm and team tumbling Tuesday for one hour, time based on skill level, 6pm-7pm or 7pm-8pm.
Stunt & Tumble for ages 13-18

Athletes will have supervised access to spring floor, tumble track, and standard cheer floor.

Cheer Director – Matt McDonough
Matt McDonough has more than 25 years of professional experience in the cheerleading industry and has had very broad and unique leadership training experience.
Matt spent the first part of his career as a cheerleading instructor and instructor trainer for Varsity Brands, allowing him to impact hundreds of thousands of cheerleaders and coaches across the United States. He has spearheaded camp sales, recruitment teams, and has been a national, regional, and global conference & education presenter/ speaker.
Matt conceptualized and managed the development of the athlete management & membership system for the United States All Star Cheerleading Federation, the not-for-profit organization that governs club cheerleading athletes, coaches, and its member companies. Through his work with Varsity, USASF & the International Cheer Union (ICU), he has experience with administration of local, national, multi-national, & world championship events and conferences.
Over the last 12 years, Matt has been assisting in the international growth of cheer and development of the ICU, the world governing body for the sport of cheer that achieved provisional Olympic status in 2016.
This relationship has provided Matt with a wide range of experiences, from assisting in the closing ceremonies of the 2018 Winter Olympics, to growing cheer as a business through consulting, educational program development, training coaches & athletes in more than 60 countries, event video production & content development for live venue and Olympic Channel broadcasts.
Matt was honored to have been elected to the ICU World Governing Council, where he has had the pleasure of serving for the past 8 years.
