Florida's Sports Coast: Elite Post-Grad Men’s Basketball Program
Florida's Sports Coast: Elite Basketball is proud to announce we are offering a (Fifth Year) Post Graduate Men’s Basketball Program that provides student-athletes with an additional “gap” year to boost their recruiting opportunities by competing against other top Prep, NJCAA, NAIA and NCAA JV opponents without affecting their eligibility to play college basketball.
As the landscape of basketball recruiting continues to evolve players need more options past high school graduation. Prep players are finding it more difficult to step directly into college basketball as the number of available scholarships and roster stops is ever shrinking. Without the opportunity to play AAU basketball, attend exposure events, and/or be seen by college coaches, an additional year of development and playing against top competition in the country can only benefit a player looking to achieve his personal athletic goals.
Florida's Sports Coast: Elite Basketball has a 5th-year Post-Grad Men’s Basketball team that provides the ideal environment for student-athletes who want an additional “gap” year to develop their basketball skills, mentality, and body to be best prepared for college basketball.
Florida's Sports Coast: Elite Post-grad will work hand in hand with the coaching staff to utilize the same proven training method that has produced numerous college basketball players who have made significant impacts immediately in the college ranks. If you have not secured the college opportunity you are looking for or simply want to enhance your options, then Florida's Sports Coast: Elite Post-grad is the right choice for you after high school graduation.
Our ultimate goal is to get players exposed to the right level college programs and utilizing an extra year, without burning any eligibility will only allow you a chance to grow in size, increase speed and improve both basketball skills and maturity.

Common Questions
When is bring a friend week? The week of September 18th - September 23rd is bring a friend week. A friend can be a parent, cousin, sibling, anyone. All campers that bring a friend will receive a new wristband along with their friend. Getting swoll is a lot more fun with friends!
Is there a dress code? Yes, all student athletes are required to wear a Swoll Camp shirt to establish out culture and standard. We have a dress code of a purple, black, white, grey, or any Swoll Camp shirt with solid colored bottoms. Athletes not following dress code may not be allowed to participate in a session until they wear adequate clothing unless otherwise stated. You can purchase a shirt from Coach Swoll in the Weight Room.
Can I switch my package every month? Yes, you are not locked into any commitments longer than a month. You must renew your package each month by purchasing it on the website. For example, you can try the Swoll Unlimited package from August 21st-September 20th to just Vertical Performance the next month September 21st-October 20th. All packages are effective for one month after date of purchase. We accept student athletes on a rolling basis
If my student athlete is hurt should they still show up? Yes! If your athlete is hurt we will modify the workout for them. Showing up is half the battle if you don’t show up we can’t help you get better. Doing something is better than doing nothing.
How many times can my student athlete show up per day? One time per day. Swoll performance has 2 sessions a day, your athlete must choose one. If you have the Swoll Unlimited package athletes can do 2 sessions per day. One at 6:45PM and one at 7:45PM.
Is attendance mandatory 4 times a week? No, we have allowed the flexibility for student athletes to come 4 times a week (Monday-Thursday) per program. If you can only make a session 1 time a week that is ok, the value for the program is still there. We understand the Fall is a busy time for school and sports, so we want to make it possible for you to put the work in, but also make our programs a priority. We’re confident they’ll want to be in the weight room as much as possible when they see their body and confidence improve!
