ABOUT RADD Soccer Academy (RsA)

RADD Soccer Academy (RSA) is a 9-month, four day week program designed to provide players a soccer-specific academic environment that aids in both academic and athletic development. The program will allow athletes to complete their schoolwork at their own self-guided pace as a member of Florida Virtual School (FLVS). A tutor will be available daily during their academic time. This is paired with daily gym and soccer sessions coached by top-level coaches. The RADD Soccer Academy will provide players an extra 500+ hours of training on top of their normal club activity at RADD Florida Premier; giving them access to the top youth leagues in the country.

style of play

Our style of play is attacking possession-oriented which is performed by technical proficient thinking players. RADD FC transitions quickly from defending to attacking and then recovering quickly. Our players and teams will be able to outsmart their opponent and execute their ideas while staying positive and playing with passion.

Each player at RADD Soccer Academy will receive an individual action plan from their coach every 6-weeks. These action plans will be linked to the four corner model of development. The plans are designed to have the players development in mind. Included in these plans are things the player and the coach believe they need to work on to become a better player. The action plan can executed in practice, games and at home. To improve the overall player, the plans will be based on a traffic light system so players understand how they are improving.

Meet Stuart Campbell

Stuart Pearson Campbell is an English-born Scottish former professional footballer and former head coach of the Tampa Bay Rowdies. Stuart assumed that role after the midseason firing of Thomas Rongen in August 2015.

As a player, he played as a midfielder between 1996 and 2013 for Leicester City where he played in the English Premier League before moving on loan to Birmingham City and Grimsby Town. He signed with Grimsby on a permanent basis in 2001, and he remained with the club until joining Bristol Rovers in the summer of 2004. Campbell became club captain at Rovers and in 2012 he briefly managed the club on a caretaker basis before leaving the club at the end of the season.

At international level, he won 14 caps for the Scotland under-21 team.

Stuart and his family have been members of the Wesley Chapel Community for nearly a decade and he is passionate about bringing the European style of player development to the RADDSports programs.
