Sessions will be fast, high energy, and educational. Your athlete will develop their physical body to be an ELITE athlete, but more importantly they will develop a mentality to be an ELITE person ready for life’s challenges
- Package allows for flexibility with sessions schedule as you go
- Monday through Thursday sessions
- 1-hour sessions: Monday at 8PM, Tuesday at 4PM, Wednesday at 8PM and Thursday at 4PM
- Sessions are first come, first serve.
